STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE ON ALL CLAIMS
Plaintiffs Americans with Disabilities Advocates, Joseph Tacl and George S. Louie and Defendants "Kelly Moore Paints, 1026 4th Street, Santa Rosa, CA and Kelly Moore Paints Company, 987 Commercial Street, San Carlos, CA," by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate as follows:

1. All claims for relief and causes of action brought against Defendants in the above-entitled case are dismissed with prejudice with each party to bear his, her, or its own attorneys' fees and costs.

2. Inasmuch as there is no just reason for delay, the Court should direct the immediate entry of judgment for dismissal with prejudice as to all claims for relief and causes of action brought and that Plaintiffs will take nothing against Defendants with each party to bear his, her, or its own attorneys fees and costs.

In accordance with the stipulation set forth herein, IT IS ORDERED:

1. All claims for relief and causes of action brought against Defendants are dismissed with prejudice, Plaintiffs taking nothing thereon, with each party to bear his, her, or its own attorneys' fees and costs.

2. Inasmuch as there is no just reason for delay, the Court directs the immediate entry of judgment that all claims for relief and causes of action brought against Defendants in the above-entitled case are dismissed with prejudice, Plaintiffs taking nothing thereon, with each party to bear his, her, or its own attorneys' fees and costs.
