STIPULATION TO TRANSFER CASE
FOR IMPROPER VENUE AND ORDER THEREON
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties through their respective counsel that venue in the Central District of California is proper and that the case can and should be transferred to the Central District, pursuant to 28 USSC § 1406(a).
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that the Central District of California has subject matter jurisdiction over the claims of Plaintiffs and that Defendants are both subject to the personal jurisdiction of the Central District and are amenable to service of process within the Central District.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Case No.: 02 5037 SC be transferred to the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss or Transfer, scheduled for February 21, 2003, and the Case Management Conference, scheduled for March 14, 2003, be taken off calendar.
