NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a), the Petitioners voluntarily dismiss the above-captioned action without prejudice. Said voluntary dismissal without a court order is appropriate, since none of the adverse parties has filed an answer.

A hearing on the Motion to Confirm Arbitration Award has been scheduled for May 9, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1. With this Notice of Dismissal, Petitioners request that said hearing be vacated.
