ORDER FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing on March 14, 2002. Plaintiffs were represented by Mr. William J. Flynn. Having considered the Motion, the Points and Authorities, the submitted Declarations, the arguments of counsel and the entire file in this matter, and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING,
IT IS ORDERED that judgment be entered in favor Plaintiff U.A. Local 342 Joint Labor-Management Committee; et. al. against Defendants Luis Manuel Montes, Moncor Plumbing and Moncor Contractors & Associates in the amount of $83,667.40. This total judgment is reached by combining principal in the amount of $42,486.08, liquidated damages in the amount of $4,248.70, prejudgment interest in the amount of $25,607.03 and reasonable attorneys fees and costs in the amount of $12,062.19. In addition, this judgment carries interest from February 14, 2003, accumulating at the rate of $13.97 a day. Days prior to that are included in the above calculation. So that on the day of this hearing, twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of the prejudgment interest calculation, an additional $391.16 in prejudgment interest will be due. Hence, as of March 14, 2003, the total now owed Plaintiffs is $84,058.56.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
