STIPULATION AND ORDER DISMISSING ACTION PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, RULE 41(a)
WHEREAS, the parties herein have reached a settlement of the disputes between them;

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between plaintiff ELIZABETH LEONARD-ISO, and defendants ZENITH GOLDLINE PHARMACEUTICALS, INC. and IVAX CORPORATION, and through their respective attorneys of record, that, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, all claims, cross-claims, causes of actions, demands and disputes or other rights or remedies for the recovery of damages alleged in this action shall be dismissed with prejudice.

IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that each party shall bear their own Costs and attorneys' fees.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
