PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure section 41(a) plaintiff ESTATE OF WILLIAM R. KNUDSON, and all defendants, by and through their attorneys. hereby stipulate to voluntarily dismiss, with prejudice, all claims of the ESTATE OF WILLIAM R. KNUDSON in consideration of the payment heretofore made to the Estate on behalf of said defendants, or some of them, with each party bearing their own costs.
