STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL
WHEREAS, Plaintiff Neopost Leasing, Inc. has resolved its differences with Defendant Sungard Recovery Services LP through an executed settlement agreement and mutual release of Claims and now wishes to the terminate this action with prejudice; and
WHEREAS, defendant has no objection to the termination of this action;
NOW, THEREFORE, upon the consent of the parties hereto, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the present action is dismissed with prejudice and each parties shall bear-its own costs and attorneys' fees incurred in this action.
