It is HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties to this actions plaintiff ELDONNA M. CHRISTIE and defendants STANDARD INSURANCE COMPANY and ELDONNA M. CHRISTIE, M.D., INC. LONG TERM DISABILITY PLAN by and through their counsel, that the above-captioned action be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice in its entirety pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
