It is hereby stipulated by AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ADVOCATES, a Nevada nonprofit corporation; JOSEPH S. TACL and GEORGE S. LOUIE, by and through their attorney, J. GRANT KENNEDY, and Defendants BEST WESTERN BAY SHORE INN AND ERNIE WESTON by and through their attorneys, Gordon and Rees, LLP. pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 41(a)(1) that the above captioned matter be dismissed in it's entirety, as well as to the action and any cross-action, be dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs and attorneys fees.
