United States District Court, Northern District of California

May 9, 2003

JEFFREY A. ROSENBERG, PLAINTIFF
v.
DIANA GERTZ AND CYNTHIA STANFORD, DEFENDANT.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Charles R. Breyer, United States District Judge

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Now before the Court is defendants' motion to dismiss. Plaintiff has not filed an opposition, did not appear at oral argument, and has not otherwise communicated with the Court. The Court GRANTS defendants' motion to dismiss on the ground that plaintiff's claims are moot. The undisputed record establishes that plaintiff has received all of the social security benefits he brought suit to receive.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
