United States District Court, Northern District of California

May 23, 2003

JEFFREY A. ROSENBERG, PLAINTIFF,
v.
ARLENE TORREZ, ET. AL., DEFENDANTS.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Martin Jenkins, United States District Judge

ORDER DISMISSING CASE

On April 22, 2003, plaintiff was Ordered To Show Cause why no opposition or statement of non-opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss was filed.
