  The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of 16 months.

 
[x] The Court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons: It is recommended that the Bureau of Prisons designate Mr. Hogan to a facility where he will receive the vocational training needed to pursue a trade as an electrician. It is further recommended that Mr. Hogan participate in an anger management course during his period of incarceration. It is further recommended that Mr. Hogan be placed in a facility located in California to be near his family.
