JUDGMENT

In accordance with this Court's ORDER GRANTING IN PART and DENYING IN PART Allstate's motion for summary judgment, it is HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that:

Judgment shall be entered in favor of PLAINTIFF and against DEFENDANTS. Allstate is entitled to reimbursement for $600,000 spent settling the underlying action, plus prejudgment interest from the date this payment was made.

 

IT IS SO ORDERED.
