  PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 2, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, defendant Sergio Rodriguez-Delgadillo, by and through his attorneys, Heather R. Rogers and Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc., will ask this Court to deny the government's motion for protective order.
