STIPULATION TO DISMISS ACTION WITH PREJUDICE AND ORDER
THEREON
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff CARLOS GAMBOA
by and through his counsel of record, Robert D. Ponce, and
Defendant United Parcel Service, Inc., by and through its counsel
of record, Daniel E. Waldman and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky &
Walker LLP, that Plaintiff's Complaint and this action be
dismissed with prejudice, in its entirety. Each party shall
bear his or its own costs and attorneys' fees.
PURSUANT TO STIPULATION IT IS SO ORDERED.
