STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL OF ENTIRE ACTION WITH PREJUDICE

It is hereby stipulated by and between Plaintiff Cathy R. Lewitt and her counsel, Sanford Jossen, and Defendant James Nicholson, Secretary of Veterans Affairs and his attorneys of record, Harry Yee and Jeffrey Stacey that the above-captioned action is and shall be dismissed with prejudice forthwith.

  Notwithstanding entry of this dismissal, Magistrate Judge McCurine shall have continuing jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Settlement Agreement entered into by the parties and their respective counsel in this matter on June 6, 2005 pursuant to the terms of the settlement.
