STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL BY PLAINTIFF RONALD HAAFF; ORDER THEREON.
[Fed.R.Civ.Pro. ยง 41(a) (1)]
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto, Plaintiff Ronald Haaff ("Plaintiff") and Defendant Waste Management of California, Inc., dba Waste Management of San Diego ("Defendant"), by and through their counsel of record, that the above-captioned matter, including all claims for relief set forth therein, may be dismissed with prejudice as to Defendant, and each party will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto, through their counsel, that the Magistrate Judge in this matter shall retain jurisdiction over all disputes between the parties arising out of the settlement agreement, including but not limited to interpretation and enforcement of the terms of the Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims agreed upon by the parties.

  ORDER

  Having read and considered the foregoing stipulations of counsel for the parties and good cause appearing:

  IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-entitled action brought by Plaintiff Ronald Haaff, including each claim for relief stated therein, shall be dismissed with prejudice as to Defendant Waste Management of California, Inc. dba Waste Management of San Diego., and each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.

  IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge shall retain jurisdiction over all disputes between the parties arising out of the settlement agreement, including but not limited to interpretation and enforcement of the terms of the Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims agreed upon by the parties.
