STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL AND PROPOSED ORDER
It is hereby stipulated by and between plaintiff Ryan Izzo and
defendants KGTV (owned by McGraw-Hill Broadcasting Co.) and Mike
Howder, through their respective counsel, pursuant to Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure rule 41(a)(1), that the above-captioned
action be dismissed with prejudice as to KGTV Channel 10 and Mike
Each side shall bear its own costs, including any claim for
interest or attorney's fees, pursuant to a separate "Settlement
Agreement and General Release" reached between the parties. ORDER
Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, rule 41(a)(1),
the above-captioned action is dismissed with prejudice as to
defendants KGTV Channel 10 and Mike Howder. Each side shall bear
their own costs and fees.
It is so ordered.
