ORDER TO ENTER JUDGMENT

On August 15, 2005 this court ordered that 1) Defendants Stargate Holding Corporation and Tom Chafin Motion to Dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction (#25-1) is granted; 2) Defendants Rohner, Paul, Govatos, and Woodward Motion to Dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted (#31-1 and 31-2) is granted; and 3) Defendant Oversee.net Motion to Dismiss for failure to state a claim pursuant to F.R.C.P. 12(b)(6) (#33) is granted with prejudice. The court further ordered that any amended pleadings shall be filed within 30 days from the date of this order, or the court will enter judgment dismissing this action in its entirety.

Having reviewed the record, the Court finds that no further pleadings have been filed. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment dismissing this action in its entirety.
