STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL AND [PROPOSED] ORDER
F.R.C.P. Rule 41(a)(1)
Plaintiff, LOOKING GLASS MARINE, L.C., a Florida Limited
Liability Corporation, and Defendants PORTEADORES DEL NOROESTE,
S.A. de C.V., a Mexican Corporation; HECTOR FERNANDO MARGAIN
VELARDE, by and through their respective attorneys of record,
have agreed to a full and final settlement of this matter. As such, the parties agree and do hereby stipulate that this matter
should be DISMISSED, with prejudice, each party to bear their own
costs, pursuant to F.R.C.P. Rule 41(a)(1).
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED. ORDER
The Court having reviewed the Stipulation of the parties and
good cause appearing therefore, orders that the matter be
DISMISSED, with prejudice, and each party to bear its own costs.
