IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between all parties to this action, through their designated counsel having been expressly authorized to so act, that the above-captioned action be and hereby is DISMISSED in its entirety with prejudice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1) ("[A]n action may be dismissed by the plaintiff without order of the court . . . by filing a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared in the action.").
