ORDER (1) GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S APPLICATION TO VOLUNTARILY DISMISS DEFENDANTS UCLA SCHOOL OF MEDICINE, JONES DAY, JOHN M. GLEN, RALPH SANTARELLI, MIKE ALLUMBAUGH, VAN GOODWIN, and ROADWAY EXPRESS; and (2) DENYING DEFENDANT JONES DAY'S MOTION TO DISMISS AS MOOT
Presently before the Court is plaintiff's ex parte motion to dismiss the above captioned defendants. The Court hereby GRANTS plaintiff's motion and dismisses the above captioned defendants without prejudice. Defendant Jones Day filed a motion to dismiss the complaint on September 15, 2005. (Doc. No. 24.) Since Jones Day is no longer a party to this civil action, its motion to dismiss is hereby DENIED as MOOT.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
