STIPULATION AND JUDGMENT OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties to this action, through their respective counsel of record, that the parties have entered into a Confidential Settlement Agreement and that plaintiff William Herzog dismisses this action in its entirety against all defendants with prejudice. Each party shall bear their own costs and attorneys' fees in this matter.
