STIPULATION FOR SETTLEMENT AND DISMISSAL; ORDER

Defendant, SAN DIEGO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, and Plaintiff, Russell San Nicholas, through his parent Anne San Nicholas, stipulate to the following:

1. Defendant agrees to dismissal of this action with prejudice.
2. The Magistrate Judge shall retain jurisdiction over all disputes between the parties arising out of the stipulation for settlement and dismissal, including but not limited to interpretation and enforcement of the terms of the stipulation for settlement and dismissal. ORDER

  IT IS SO ORDERED that this matter be settled and dismissed with prejudice as stipulated to by the parties.
