STIPULATION TO DISMISS WITHOUT PREJUDCIE; AND [PROPOSED] ORDER
Plaintiffs, by and through their attorneys of record, and
defendants, by and through their attorneys of record, hereby
stipulate, subject to the approval of the Court, to dismissal of
the action without prejudice in light of the fact that the I-485
applications filed by plaintiffs Jiali Li and Yusen Li have been
adjudicated and the defendants have agreed to expeditiously
adjudicate the I-485 application filed by plaintiff Jianshu Li.
Each of the parties shall bear their own costs and fees. ORDER
Pursuant to stipulation, IT IS SO ORDERED.
