ORDER DECLINING TO IMPOSE ANY SANCTIONS
The Court has considered the parties' responses regarding
whether sanctions are appropriate and declines to sanction
defendants' counsel for his oversight in failing to file monthly
certifications regarding the disbursement of exempted funds.
