Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 41(a)(1)(ii), plaintiff Kenneth E. Lewis and defendants County of San Diego and Howard Kluge, through their undersigned authorized attorneys of record, stipulate to dismiss this entire action with prejudice as to all parties and all claims that have not previously been dismissed with prejudice, including but not limited to damages, attorney's fees and costs. ORDER

Considering the foregoing stipulation, the Court dismisses this entire action with prejudice as to all parties and all claims, including but not limited to damages, attorney's fees and costs. It is so ordered.
