IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, pursuant to a settlement and release

that this Court enter a dismissal with prejudice of plaintiffs'
complaint in the above-entitled action pursuant to
Fed.R.Civ.P. 41, with each party to bear their own attorney's fees and
