STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL AND [PROPOSED] ORDER THEREON

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties to this action, Plaintiffs Mario Morales, an individual, Pilar Morales, an individual, and Michelle Morales, a minor through her guardian ad litem, Mario Morales, and Defendants United States of America and Gregory Olsen, through their designated counsel, and pursuant to the terms of a settlement agreement, that the above-captioned case be, and hereby is, dismissed in its entirely with prejudice under Rule 41(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

  The Magistrate Judge shall retain jurisdiction over all disputes between the parties arising out of the settlement agreement, including but not limited to, interpretation and enforcement of the terms of the settlement agreement.

  ORDER

  IT IS SO ORDERED.
