STIPULATION FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL OF ENTIRE ACTION WITH
PREJUDUCE AND PROPOSED ORDER THEREON
THE PARTIES, BY AND THROUGH THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNSEL OF RECORD,
DO HEREBY STIPULATE AND AGREE THAT pursuant to the settlement
agreement between the parties, the entire action shall be
voluntarily dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own
costs and attorneys' fees.
PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
