Plaintiff Lawrence A. Morhaim and Defendant Northwestern Mutual
Life Insurance Company hereby stipulate, by and through their
counsel of record, that the above-referenced case shall be
dismissed with prejudice as to all parties. The parties shall
bear their own separate expenses, costs and attorneys' fees.
