JUDGMENT

This matter came on regularly for motion proceedings set for June 13, 2005, on Defendant City of San Diego's Motion for Summary Judgment in Department 12, of the United States District Court, Southern District of California, the Honorable Napoleon A. Jones, Jr. presiding. Plaintiff, Ewaar S. Gambarra, appeared Pro Se and Deputy City Attorney John Riley appeared for the City of San Diego.

Defendant City of San Diego's Motion for Summary Judgment sought dismissal of all causes of action against the City and its police employees, Cory Mapston and Frank Cali. In accord therewith the Court granted, in its entirety, the City's Motion for Summary Judgment. Thereafter, the Court granted the City of San Diego's request for a Bill of Costs, and so ordered costs in favor of the City of San Diego, against Plaintiff, in the amount of One Thousand Ninety Dollars and 62/100 ($1,090.62).

  IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant City of San Diego recovers judgment against Plaintiff Ewaar S. Gambarra in the amount of $1,090.62.
