STIPULATION TO DISMISS THE COMPLAINT WITH PREJUDICE

WHEREAS, agreement has been reached between John Kreischer, plaintiff in pro per and L. Earl Ligon, Senior Deputy County Counsel, attorney for defendants William B. Kolender and the San Diego County Board of Supervisors.

NOW THEREFORE the parties stipulate as follows:

  1. Plaintiff hereby dismisses the complaint filed in this action and all defendants named in said complaint. 2. Plaintiff and defendants shall bear their own costs of litigation including all costs for attorney's fees, expert witness fees, or other fees or costs incurred by the parties to date.

  IT IS SO ORDERED.
