JUDGMENT

An Order was entered on October 18, 2005 Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Enforce Permanent Injunction against MARK POWERS, the Court awarding Plaintiff $5,000 in liquidated damages and reasonable attorneys' fees. On November 9, 2005 the Court awarded Plaintiff Attorneys' fees in the amount of $4,381.50.

THEREFORE Judgment is hereby entered in the sum of $9,381.50 in favor of Plaintiff CHIMNEY SAFETY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA and against MARK POWERS.

  IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff have Judgment against Defendant MARK POWERS as set forth herein.
