The opinion of the court was delivered by: JEFFREY MILLER, District Judge
Joint Stipulation to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint with
Prejudice Plaintiff and defendants have settled this action. Therefore,
pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, it is hereby stipulated by and between the parties to
the above-captioned action, through their respective counsel of
record, that this entire action by Plaintiff Gambro Healthcare,
Inc., be dismissed with prejudice, subject only to the Court's
acceptance of continuing jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the
parties' settlement agreement.
