Plaintiff TANH-STEVE TRAN and Defendants, ORACLE CORPORATION,
ORACLE CORPORATION, LONG TERM DISABILITY PLAN, erroneously sued
as ORACLE CORPORATION, an ERISA Plan, MATRIX ABSENCE MANAGEMENT,
INC. and RELIANCE STANDARD LIFE COMPANY, by and through their
respective attorneys of record, hereby stipulate and agree that
this action shall be dismissed with prejudice, with all parties to bear their own attorney' fees and
