STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL

STIPULATION

  WHEREAS the parties to this action have entered into a written Settlement Agreement which calls for, among other things, the payment of a sum of money in exchange for dismissal with prejudice of the above-captioned action;

  IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between plaintiff Alfreeman Jones and defendants Xpress Global Systems, formerly known as CSI/Crown, and U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc., through their counsel of record, that, upon payment of the monies due under the Settlement Agreement, defendants may file this Stipulation and Order of Dismissal with the Court, and the Court is authorized to dismiss the above-captioned action with prejudice.

  ORDER OF DISMISSAL

  GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned action is dismissed with prejudice.
