Plaintiff, the Jamul Indian Village, hereby applies to the Court ex parte for an Order dismissing Plaintiff's complaint and action. Defendant filed an Answer In Pro Se. The undersigned counsel attempted to contact Defendant, Sheila Pinto, however, Defendant has re-located and did not leave a forwarding address or other means to contact her with this office.

  Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court grant Plaintiff's application for a voluntarily dismissal of Plaintiff's complaint and action as soon as may be expedient. ORDER

  Having considered Plaintiff's ex parte application for a voluntarily dismissal of Plaintiff's complaint and action, and finding good cause therefore,

  IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff, the Jamul Indian Village's, application for a voluntary dismissal of Plaintiff's complaint and action is granted, and Plaintiff's complaint and action are hereby dismissed without prejudice.
