UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA

November 14, 2006

PHOTOMEDEX, INC., PLAINTIFF,
v.
DEAN STEWART IRWIN; RA MEDICAL SYSTEMS, INC.; AND DOES 1-25, INCLUSIVE, DEFENDANTS.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Cathy Ann Bencivengo United States Magistrate Judge

No. 104.] The filing of this document was not requested or approved by this Court. [Doc. No. 83.] Because counsel has not complied with any of the aforementioned requirements, the Clerk of the Court
