ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION TO CONTINUE DATE FOR SENTENCING

Defendant RAYMON HILL, by and through his counsel of record Randy Sue Pollock, and Assistant U.S. Attorneys William Frentzen and Robert Rees hereby stipulate and agree that defendant's sentencing which is presently set for Wednesday, April 23, 2008, be continued until Wednesday, May 14, 2008.

This continuance is at the request of defense counsel so that she can have more time to prepare her sentencing memorandum. United States Probation Officer Jackie Sharpe has no objection to this new date, nor does Mr. Hill.
