STIPULATION RE: DISMISSAL OF CASE AND ORDER THEREON
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff THE TISCHER COMPANY ("Plaintiff") and Defendant ROBERTSON STEPHENS, INC. ("Robertson Stephens") (collectively referred to herein as "the Parties") through their attorneys of record that the above-captioned action be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Fed. Rule Civ. Proc. 41(a)(1).
IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED that an Order may be entered dismissing with prejudice the above-captioned action.
Upon the stipulation of the Parties and good cause appearing therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned action is dismissed with prejudice.
