STIPULATION AND ORDER TO CONTINUE BRIEFING SCHEDULE AND HEARING

This matter is currently set for a hearing on August 1, 2008 regarding the impact of the Supreme Court's recent decision in United States v. Santos. The government's opposition is due July 18, 2008, and the defendant's reply is due July 25, 2008. Government counsel has a trial set before the Honorable Judge Armstrong beginning the week of July 14, 2008, and defense counsel is unavailable August 8, 2008. For these reasons, the parties stipulate and request a two week continuance of the hearing and filing dates.

The parties jointly stipulate and request that the government's opposition be due August 1, 2008, the defendant's reply be due August 8, 2008, and the hearing be continued to August 15, 2008.
