Defendant EQUIFAX INFORMATION SERVICES LLC, through its counsel, Thomas P. Quinn, Jr., respectfully requests that it be permitted to appear telephonically at the Case Management Conference scheduled for July 25, 2008, at 1:30 p.m.

Defendant EQUIFAX'S counsel of record has his office in Laguna Beach, California.

Significant travel cost and related expense would be incurred in order to appear in person at the Case Management Conference when the same can be accomplished telephonically.
