STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR ONE-WEEK EXTENSION FOR FIRST NATIONAL TO RESPOND TO FEDERAL REALTY'S REVISED PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff First National, through its attorneys of record, and Defendant Federal Realty, through its attorneys of record, that First National will have a one-week extension (until August 8, 2008) to file and serve its response to Federal Realty's revised proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law.
I, Patrick M. Ryan, hereby attest, pursuant to N.D. Cal. General Order No. 45, that the concurrence to the filing of this document has been obtained from each signatory hereto.
