The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, by and through its attorney, Assistant United States Attorney Jason Hitt, and Defendant LONDALE DEWAYNE COBB, by and through his attorney, Assistant Federal Defender David M. Porter, hereby request the Court issue the order lodged herewith modifying the briefing schedule in conjunction with the filing of the motion to reduce sentence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2), because the defense counsel will be out of the office during the currently set reply date.
