JOINT STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO STAY

Plaintiff Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. and Defendant Anpec Electronics Corp., jointly request that the Court stay this case for 60 days. The parties have reached an agreement in principle to settle this matter and have executed a memorandum of understanding. The parties are now diligently working toward reducing the memorandum of understanding to a formal settlement agreement. The requested stay will allow the parties to complete and execute the settlement agreement without further litigation expense to the parties or burden on the Court. A proposed order accompanies this stipulation.

DECLARATION

Pursuant to General Order No. 45, Section X(b) regarding signatures, I attest under penalty of perjury that concurrence in the filing of this document has been obtained from David M. Barkan.
