ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT COMCAST CORPORATION'S SECOND AGREED-UPON MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT, CASE

Good Cause exists to grant Defendant Comcast Corporation's Second Agreed-Upon Motion for an Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Complaint in light of the foregoing recitals of counsel. Defendant shall file a response to the Complaint within twenty (20) days after the Court's ruling on Defendant's pending motion to transfer this action to the Northern District of Illinois, or in the alternative, to dismiss or stay the action.
