STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between MARIA ISABEL PEREZ as guardian ad litem on behalf of MAP, a minor, through their respective counsel, that defendants CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, BAKERSFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT and JASON MATSON be dismissed with prejudice in this matter and that no further costs or fees be recovered.

ORDER

The stipulation of the parties having been read and considered by the Court, and good cause appearing therefor:

The above entitled action be dismissed with prejudice.
