ORDER FINDING LIMITED WAIVER OF ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE AND COMPELLING DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN ATTORNEY-CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS

Having considered the government's motion and good cause appearing therefor,

THE COURT HEREBY FINDS that defendant Michael Jerome King has waived his attorney-client privilege with respect to all of his communications with his attorney, C. Thomas McDonald, concerning defendant's decision to proceed to trial and sentencing in United States v. Michael Jerome King, No. SA CR 05- 10-DOC.

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that attorney C. Thomas McDonald shall disclose to the government, in connection with defendant's motion, all his communications with defendant regarding defendant's decision to proceed to trial and sentencing in United States v. Michael Jerome King, No. SA CR 05-10-DOC.
