STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER CONTINUING JUDGMENT AND SENTENCING FOR DEFENDANT SERAFIN GONZALEZ

Plaintiff, United States of America, by its counsel, Assistant United States Attorney Jason Hitt, and defendant Serafin GONZALEZ, by his counsel Robert Peters, Esq., hereby stipulate and agree that the judgment and sentencing currently set for Friday, February 20, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. should be continued to Friday, March 20, 2009, at 9:00 a.m.

The requested continuance is based upon the need of government counsel to draft a sentencing letter for the Court's review prior to sentencing.
